Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives (CSR) for a Domestic Voice Process with a focus on sales and customer service. If you are passionate about customer interaction, possess strong communication skills, and are looking to grow in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.

• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and provide relevant product/service information.

• Pitch and upsell products and services to customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream).

• Good communication skills in English.

• Must speak any one of the following regional languages: Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada.

• Prior experience in a voice process or sales is an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Work Details:

• Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

• Work Days: 6 days a week

• Week Off: 1 rotational week off

• Shift: Day Shift

Salary:

• Take Home: ₹16,000 to ₹21,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

• Incentives: Performance-based
