Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist drivers and passengers regarding the Yatri Mitra app
Provide step-by-step guidance on app features, installation, and registration
Resolve queries, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Support drivers during onboarding to ensure a smooth registration process
Gather customer feedback to improve user experience
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) for issue resolution
Communicate policies, promotions, and updates to users effectively
Fluency in Hindi & Marathi is mandatory (English preferred)
Excellent verbal communication, listening & persuasion skills
Calm, patient, and professional approach while handling calls
Basic computer & mobile application knowledge
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability
Candidates available for full-time, in-office role at Wagle Estate, Thane
Freshers with strong Hindi & Marathi communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in customer support (voice process) is an advantage
Candidates from Thane / Navi Mumbai / Mumbai preferred
