Reporting To: Service Manager / Area Manager
Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests.
Log service complaints in the system (with accuracy).
Coordinate with engineers and dealers for timely resolution.
Track open service calls and ensure closure within TAT.
Maintain customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved cases.
Generate daily/weekly service reports.
Good communication skills (Hindi, English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Service Portal).
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
1–3 years experience in customer service preferred.

Department: Service / Spare Parts
Reporting To: Service Head / Regional Manager
Manage spare parts inventory (inward/outward).
Issue parts to engineers as per service requirements.
Maintain stock register & system entries daily.
Conduct monthly stock audits and reconciliation.
Coordinate with HO / vendors for stock replenishment.
Ensure proper storage & safety of parts.
Knowledge of stock management / ERP / Excel.
Organizing and record-keeping ability.
Basic technical knowledge of spare parts preferred.
Graduate / Diploma (Commerce or Supply Chain preferred).
2–4 years experience in store/inventory handling.
