We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently.

• Record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system or CRM.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
