Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our tour and travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to emails, and addressing client queries related to travel bookings, packages, itineraries, cancellations, and general assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a good understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Provide detailed information about tour packages, travel itineraries, booking procedures, pricing, and travel policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and travel regulations.
Follow up with clients regarding their bookings, confirmations, and feedback post-travel.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Assist in handling emergency travel situations and provide support to travelers as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and customer service software/CRM tools.
