Experience: 0-3 Years
Language : Telegu and Malayalam
Shift Timing : Day shift
Working days : 6 days working and 1 week off

. Must ne able to clearly communicate the message to customer and handle the call professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
