Work Type: Off-Roll Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Off-Roll) Department: Ready Mix Concrete Reports To: Plant Manager / Head Job Purpose To ensure smooth customer interaction, efficient coordination between plant, sales, and dispatch teams, and timely handling of customer requirements related to Ready Mix Concrete operations. Key Responsibilities ● Handle customer calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally. ● Track and monitor order status; coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries. ● Support sales executives in managing client requirements and resolving on-site issues. ● Assist in bill submission, cheque collection, and pump mobilization activities. ● Maintain and update customer interaction logs, delivery reports, and distance charts. Requirements ● Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or logistics coordination (preferably in construction, RMC, or building materials). ● Education: Graduate in any discipline; computer literate. ● Skills: ○ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. ○ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). ○ Good coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping habits. ○ Ability to handle field and office tasks efficiently
