Customer Service Ground Staff – Airport
Responsible for assisting passengers at various touchpoints in the airport, including check-in, boarding, and baggage services. Ensures smooth passenger flow, handles queries, and resolves issues with professionalism and efficiency. Supports flight operations by coordinating with airline and airport teams while maintaining safety and service standards.
Assist with check-in, boarding, and flight information
Handle baggage services and special assistance requests
Provide timely updates and customer support during delays or disruptions
Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies
Maintain a professional, helpful, and calm demeanor at all times
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma (degree preferred)
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
