As a Customer Support Associate at ICICI Lombard, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with queries, policy information, and service requests. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening brand trust.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and services.
Provide timely and accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up on unresolved queries.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on policy terms, benefits, and digital self-service options.
Graduate from any discipline.
Fluency in the regional language (Kannada), and basic proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Good verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus.
