Perform data analysis and dashboard reporting for performance tracking.

Coordinate with branches for customer support and prepare periodic reports.

Conduct follow-ups on pending cases with warehouses and branches.

Handle spare parts quotations for corporate clients.

Handle ASP monthly payments and coordinate with accounts for cheque processing.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolutions.
