Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Manager (Female) to lead and manage our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management and prompt resolution of queries. This role requires a strong communicator with a passion for service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of customer support executives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Monitor daily operations of the support team, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Handle escalated issues and ensure satisfactory resolution in a professional manner.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Prepare reports on support metrics and provide regular feedback to management.
Train, mentor, and support new team members for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, technical) for issue resolution.
Implement best practices to improve customer support processes and team productivity.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer support, with at least some exposure to team coordination or leadership.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
