Assessment: Versant Level 4 or 5 (as per process requirement)
Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Shift Window:
Females: 7 AM – 8 PM (Day shift)
Males: 7 AM – 12 AM (Rotational shift)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in the system with attention to detail.
Maintain compliance, quality, and process standards.
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
