Key Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor ROLE
Handle incoming client calls and provide prompt support.
Address sales queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and analyze customer data and reports.
Update and manage entries in the CRM system.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and processes.
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
