Job Description:

Globiva is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. As a part of our dynamic support team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

• Record and update customer information in the system.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
