Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our voice and chat support process. The role involves assisting customers with their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
•Please note, this is a non-sales role—no outbound calls or sales targets involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer queries via voice and chat channels.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
