Process C-VOTER

Position Overview

WR are looking for dedicated and articulate individuals to join the C Voter Team as Work From Home (WFH) Survey Associates. This role is focused on conducting surveys as part of a specific project related to the Bihar Survey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a specified number of surveys daily (target is 15 surveys•)

• Focus on gathering data related to Survey Votes / Family

• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while interacting with respondents.

• Adhere to a strict work schedule and achieve daily targets.

Work Location | Work From Home (WFH)

Project/Module - West Bengal Survey

Work Schedule - 6 days of work (•Fixed Off on Sunday•)

Shift Timing - 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (with a 45-minute break)

Language - Bengali (Mandatory)

Dialect Skills - Must be proficient in Bengali Reading and Speaking

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary (Fresher): 9,000 Rupees per month Fixed

• Additional Pay: Attractive Incentives based on achieving Targets (15 surveys/day).

• Mandatory Target: 15 surveys per day.

Training & Commitment

• Training: 3 days of mandatory Training including induction. No pay will be provided for the training period.

• Internship: Successful candidates will be engaged for a subsequent 6-8 month Internship period.

• Certificate: A 1-year Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
