Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Care Executives. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) efficiently and courteously
Provide accurate information about products/services
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
Age: 18 to 30 years
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (kannada/Tamil/ Malayalam)One regional language
Ability to handle objections and resolve queries confidently
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
