Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Offer a superior digital banking experience by promoting online services.
Understand customer needs and cross-sell bank products (Assets, TPP, Credit Cards, etc.).
Resolve queries and handle calls professionally as per quality standards.
Log customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Ensure retention and reduce customer attrition.
Sales & Portfolio Management:
Meet scorecard targets and KPIs as assigned.
Identify opportunities through profiling and upsell/cross-sell suitable financial products.
Monitor large transactions and potential closures to ensure portfolio stability.
Drive deep product penetration and maximize customer lifetime value.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of financial transactions and service requests.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:12th and above
Experience: 0 – 3 years
Age: 18 – 30 years.
Languages: English (mandatory), plus Tamil, Kannada, or Hindi (preferred), Malyalam
Skills Required:
Basic banking knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
