About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be part of the Outbound Voice team, making sales and collection calls to potential and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Initiate outbound calls to promote Tata Motors products and follow up on collections
Explain product/service benefits clearly and persuasively
Handle payment reminders, disputes, and collection follow-ups
Accurately record customer details and update CRM or internal systems
Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Meet and exceed individual and team sales/collection targets
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
12th pass or graduate in any discipline
Open to freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years)
Language Requirements
Good command over written & spoken English
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi for effective customer interaction
Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Customer‑centric mindset: confident, courteous, and empathetic
Able to thrive in a dynamic, process‑driven environment
Adaptable, quick learner with a positive attitude
Result‑oriented, with a focus on meeting targets and KPIs
Shift Details
Male candidates: Rotational shifts covering 24×7 operations
Female candidates: Day shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)
Six working days per week; no fixed weekly off (rotational)
