About the Role
We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Use CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel) to track calls and update records
Escalate unresolved issues promptly
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Provide feedback to improve processes and products
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Proficient with computers, MS Office, and Excel
Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory
