We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team for Customer care executive at our Kudlu Gate, Bangalore location. As part of this role, you will engage in sales activities targeting business-to-business (B2B) clients, utilizing your fluent English skills alongside proficiency in any additional languages. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in a BPO domain, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer engagement and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective B2B clients.
- Present and promote Tata premium products/services to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding product features, pricing, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support processes.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in any additional languages.
- Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
