Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to international customer queries professionally through live chat/email.
Understand customer concerns and offer effective resolutions.
Maintain a courteous and friendly tone while following scripts when needed.
Accurately log all interactions in the support system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Stay updated on products, services, and internal procedures.
Meet KPIs such as resolution time and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written English (grammar, punctuation, tone).
Good reading comprehension and analytical skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, email writing, internet use.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 12th Pass and above
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Age: 18 – 30 years
Good typing speed and accuracy required
