Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales Processes to join our dynamic and growing team at the Chambers location. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Languages Required
Fluency in English is mandatory along with one of the following regional languages:
Tamil
Hindi
Malayalam
Kannada
(We have huge requirements — candidates fluent in any of the above combinations are encouraged to walk in.)
Qualifications & Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (No Backlogs)
Age: 18 to 30 years
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)
Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language
Good computer knowledge (Excel & basic systems handling)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
Promote and sell products/services through clear and persuasive communication.
Maintain call quality and achieve daily/weekly targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through empathetic interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹17,888 (Take Home)
