Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives fluent in Tamil and English for the Zomato process. This is a permanent Work From Home opportunity suitable for freshers and experienced professionals. If you have good communication skills and meet the technical requirements, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to Zomato services
Deliver professional and courteous support in Tamil and English
Follow defined workflows and achieve performance targets
Maintain work discipline and adhere to shift timings
Requirements
Languages: Fluent in Tamil and English (mandatory)
Device: Must own a laptop (any specifications accepted; preferred: Intel i3 4th Gen or higher, 4GB RAM)
Internet: Stable WiFi connection required
Skills: Good verbal communication and basic computer knowledge
Freshers welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus
Knowledge of Hindi is a bonus but not mandatory
Work Schedule
Shift Duration: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
Login Time: 8 hours active work
Working Days: 6 days/week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Leave Policy: No leaves allowed during the first 3 months
