Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in car insurance.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.
Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
Provide accurate information, resolve billing/technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using the internal CRM.
Meet quality and performance metrics consistently.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Should be comfortable working from the specified office location.
Educational Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
Immediate joiners preferred.
