Insurance customers. If you’ve worked in life or health insurance before and can speak clearly and confidently, this job is for you.
• Handle customer queries related to health insurance policies
• Assist in policy servicing, claims, renewals, and issue resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up where necessary.
• Must have completed 12th (HSC)
• Must have 6 months of experience in life or health insurance
• Must have good communication skills.
