Customer Care Executive
We’re hiring a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, deliver excellent support, and ensure smooth communication for BPO-related processes. If you’re someone who loves helping people and thrives in a dynamic work setup, this role is for you!
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Address queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Share timely, relevant information to resolve customer issues
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and close complex cases
Achieve performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction & resolution rate.
📌 Job Requirements
Post Graduate qualification (minimum)
6 months–2 years of experience in customer service/BPO
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work 5 days a week in rotational shifts
Customer-focused attitude with readiness to learn and grow
💰 Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹32,000 CTC (based on experience & performance)
