• Meet performance goals like call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!)

• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to stay calm and positive while handling different customer situations

• Comfortable working 6 days a week in rotational shifts

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced BPO environment
