Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hazratganj, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources

• Maintain customer records and document all interactions according to company procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Keep up to date with product knowledge and company updates

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM software is a plus

• Prior experience in a customer service or BPO environment is an advantage (not mandatory)
