We are looking for a Jr Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers to remind and request subscription renewals/recharges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication.
Communicate effectively in Marathi and Hindi; basic understanding of English is required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
