We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Chicken Vicken team as a Customer Care Support Executive. The role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and orders while ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding Chicken Vicken products and services.

• Record and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

• Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and transaction details in the system.

• Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure resolution within defined timelines.

• Share product information, promotions, and new updates with customers.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports of customer queries and resolutions.

• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

• Support the sales and marketing team in customer engagement activities.
