Answer inbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or redirect to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow standard procedures and scripts as per company guidelines.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Provide product and service information as required.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
