Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support related to our cutting-edge video analytics products.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
• Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (but not mandatory):
• Prior experience in a customer service or BPO role
• Knowledge or interest in technology/video analytics solutions
