We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to help our customers with their questions, complaints, and support needs. Basic English speaking and understanding is required.
Answer customer calls, messages, and emails.
Help customers with product or service issues.
Give clear and simple information to customers.
Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team.
Keep records of customer conversations.
Stay polite and helpful at all times.
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Basic English speaking and writing skills.
Good listening and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, etc.).
