Job Title: CRM Executive (Female Only)

Location: 259, Loha Mandi, Bulandshahar Road, Ghaziabad-201001

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable for right candidate)

Job Role:

We are looking for a female CRM Executive for our SHASHI STEELS CORPORATION. This is a desk-based job under the sales department, where the main responsibility is to communicate with customers over phone calls, follow up with leads, and maintain healthy client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily outbound and inbound customer calling.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Provide information about products/services and resolve basic queries.

Maintain call records and update customer data in system.

Follow up with existing clients for feedback and repeat business.

Coordinate with internal sales/support teams when needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only Female Candidates may apply.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in Telecalling or Customer Care roles.

Good communication skills in Hindi, or basic English.

Voice must be soft, polite, and customer-friendly.

Must be comfortable with heavy calling work.

Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Excel, Data entry, CRM software).

Preferred Background:

Candidates with Telecaller, Customer Support, Call Center, or CRM background will be preferred.

Should be target-driven and comfortable in a sales/support calling environment.
