Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Outbound Calls)

Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for outbound calling. You will contact existing and potential customers to promote and schedule KENT RO water purifier service, maintenance, and AMC renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to KENT RO customers.

• Explain service benefits, schedule technician visits, and upsell AMC plans.

• Update customer data in CRM and achieve daily/weekly call & conversion targets.

• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

• 6+ months experience in telecalling/outbound sales (fresher with excellent communication may apply).

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Willing to work in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow office.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience).

• Incentives: Up to ₹50,000/month (uncapped, based on conversions & AMC closures).

• Total Earnings Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000/month.

Work Schedule

• 6 days/week (Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday).

• Rotational weekly off (1 day off per week).

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may vary).
