Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our collections team. The primary responsibility is to contact customers for EMI payment reminders, resolve payment-related queries, and facilitate online payments through secure links or payment platforms. The role requires effective communication, customer empathy, and adherence to compliance norms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers for EMI due/reminder follow-ups.
• Share secured payment links via SMS/WhatsApp to collect online payments.
• Explain EMI details, due dates, and applicable late fees (if any).
• Persuade customers to make timely payments and avoid penalties.
• Record promises-to-pay (PTPs), dispositions, and remarks accurately in CRM.
• Coordinate with the backend team for payment confirmations or disputes.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company and regulatory guidelines (RBI, NBFC norms, etc.).
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, PTPs, and collections.
