Job Title: Customer Care Executive – CRM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will handle customer calls, chats, and emails, update CRM records, and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The role also includes supporting sales/retention activities and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chats/emails.
Resolve queries, complaints, and requests on time.
Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Provide information about products and services.
Support sales/retention through upselling and customer engagement.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and SOPs.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Must have – Spoken and written fluency skills in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and English Language.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills.
0–2 years of experience in customer service (freshers can also apply).
