Key Responsibilities:
Attend Inbound customer calls.
Provide correct information to customers.
Resolve customer issues.
Follow process & Guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria -
Education: Graduate (Science background preferred)
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Communication Skills: Must have excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing efficiency required
Must have: Willingness to learn, team player, and customer-centric mindset
