Key responsibilities:
1. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
2. Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
3. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
4. Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics.
Shift Timings: Females: Between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (any 9-hour shift).
Males: Between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (any 9-hour shift).
Working Days: 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
