Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Chat Support Executive in a Semi Voice process . The role involves assisting customers via live chat and limited voice support , ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution with a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries primarily through chat, with occasional voice calls when required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Active intent to resolve customer issues with a customer-first mindset.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
