Job Description of Controller profile Its an Airport Taxi company based in London, UK. We have been operating successfully for over a decade. Our core area of business is managing Airport journeys to and from all London Airports. We partnered up with various ground transport platforms, travel agencies across the globe and 90% of our bookings come from these agencies. Only a few bookings come directly over the phone and our own website. We maintain a fleet of drivers who has their own vehicles to perform the bookings. Our operation is 24/7 and 365 days a year, i.e., we are never closed even for a minute. In order to expand our business, we are recruiting customer service agents (controllers) to manage the daily operation. Job Responsibilities: 1.	Logging all the agency booking on our dashboard from emails and agency dashboards 2.	Plan the bookings for the day 3.	Dispatch the booking to our drivers 4.	Monitor the bookings on the dashboard to make sure they go smoothly. 5.	Negotiate the price of bookings so we have enough margin 6.	Deal with customer queries, confirming booking including amendments over the phone 7.	Respond to emails promptly and in professional manner 8.	Adhoc admin tasks related to operation and office
