Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

💼 Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in customer care / BPO will be an added advantage
Fluent English communication
No mother tounge influence at all
Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Professional behaviour and customer-first attitude
