We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive at our Marathahalli location. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Requirements:
• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English is a must. Must also be fluent in Tamil or Malayalam.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day & Night).
