We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Ileads Auxiliary Pvt Ltd. We are 15 year old company with 4000 plus employees across 12 cities presence in India. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹16000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient mannerAddress customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approachMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-upsProvide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issuesWork collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesMeet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:
