  We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Dehradun. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the voice of the company, addressing customer needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.

• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude during all customer interactions.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Ensure timely follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate.
  
  Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
