We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic for the position Customer Support Executive representative to join in our team, The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to provide information, support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities -
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Make Outbound calls to follow up on customer request or promote service/product (if applicable)
- Provide accurate service, and policy information to customers
- Resolve Customer Issue and complaint with patience and empathy
- Log all interaction and update customer records in the database
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance metric and call targets
- Escalate complex issue to the appropriate department as necessary
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude at all times.
Qualification:
Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience.
