Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada Voice Process
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Office-based job)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic voice process in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. This is a non-sales, office-based job where you will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information in your local language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend inbound & outbound calls in Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
• Understand customer issues and provide correct information
• Raise and escalate unresolved queries to senior team
• Maintain call logs and customer details in system
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Required Qualifications:
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Languages:
• Tamil (mandatory for Tamil role)
• Malayalam (for Malayalam role)
• Kannada (for Kannada role)
• Basic English/Hindi is a plus
• Good communication and polite behavior
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
Work Timing & Schedule:
• Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Weekly Off
Salary & Benefits:
• ₹12,000 – ₹15,500 per month (Based on experience + incentives)
