
Job Description: Customer Support Executive - Airlines Process
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Shift: Rotational Shifts with 2days off (including weekends & night shifts)
CTC: A35K
About the Role:
We seek dynamic professionals to join our Airlines Process team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will handle airline customer queries, reservations, ticketing, cancellations, schedule changes, and providing a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling, cancellations, and baggage queries
- Provide accurate fare information, flight schedules, and ticket status
- Assist customers with booking issues, refunds, and travel-related support
- Work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality & compliance guidelines
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handling Time), FCR (First Call Resolution), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
- Prior experience in airline process/travel/hospitality domain is preferred
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
