About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our real estate operations team as Customer Support Executives. This role involves handling semi-voice processes, coordinating effectively with property owners, tenants, and vendors, and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.

• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

• Resolve queries related to property management, complaints, agreements, and other service requirements.

• Provide excellent customer experience by ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of issues.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass (Freshers Welcome).

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Customer Support / Real Estate background preferred, not mandatory).

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Ability to handle both voice & non-voice (semi-voice) processes.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
